FIELD TRIP
ON-SITE SEMINAR
A 1-day on-site seminar will depart the meeting site at 8 AM and return about 5 PM. The cost of this seminar is included in the registration fee.  The Jamaica Forestry Department is the host of this seminar.
Topic: Study of forest plantation on public and private lands.
  • History of ownership, involvement of community groups within the watershed, and potential uses.
  • Presentations by groups such as:
  • Urban Development Co-operation (UDC)
  • Water Resources Authority (WRA)
  • Friends of the Sea (FOTS)
  • Hills United Development Organization (HUDO)
